Phanet is a Web-Based Feed Agregator made in PHP. This means that phanet will read all your favourite site's feeds (RSS/RDF/ATOM) and will storage the latests news in its database allowing you to access this data from wherever you want just by accessing your phanet site. It can also be used to create some planet sites, that will collect into an unique site all the informations of the selected feeds.
